GOOSE project
You can always benefit from our services provided via our portal www.projectgoose.eu
That includes podcasts, webinars, training materials, the Tender Balanced Scorecard.
You can also register to our Tender Tracking System through which you can stay informed of the opportunities we will be identifying, concerning the six markets in target and *involving the four sectors we are working with.
True, we will be working proactively with firms from each of our 4 partners (i.e. Slovenia, Estonia, Flanders and Catalonia).
However, if you are interested in finding partners to access any of the six mentioned markets, we would be very happy to forward your request to company portfolios. Note that (we expect that) this will include some of the companies with the most potential in our local markets.
In reality the four sectors are spread throughout many different segments, some of which may suit your area of expertise.
In case of doubt, we suggest you contact us in order to discuss the matter and see how we could help your company/institution.
We recommend that you go through the many segments encompassed in your sector, and check which one(s) suit(s) best for your company/institution. If you think the list is short of segments, and needs additional ones, let us know. For this purpose, we have tried to include as many segments as possible, given the sector, but we are aware that there may be other potential areas of activity that may have been left out.
No, all services offered within this project are free of charge. The COSME program pays 80% of the costs, while the project partners provide for the remaining 20% (especially in kind, via each institution’s consultants).
Additionally, we have foreseen four business trips during the implementation phase (from June 2022 to June 2024); during the trips, companies will need to pay for any associated transportation cost.
However, organizing of agendas in the target markets as well as possible business gatherings, will all be covered by the project.
Well, this project is a pilot one, focused in those six specific markets (Colombia, Chile, Serbia, Norway, Vietnam and Japan). If you are interested in another market, please contact any of the four partners to deal with your need according to their current services (beyond this project’s reach).
No, you can pick the number you wish, up to all six of them.
However, bear in mind, one thing is creating alerts for many countries via our tender tracking system, by which you will be receiving updated relevant information (news, tenders, upcoming tenders).
Another thing is focusing on your company’s strategy for different markets at the same time. As we always say, tendering abroad is no minor issue, implying upfront costs without the certainty of paying them back, at least not in the short term. Thus, the opportunity cost of investing in this or that market needs to be looked into thoroughly. There we can also help you.
Portal
A brief introduction to procurement and advance notices is publicly available on the web page. However, to see more detailed information, you will need to create a personal account in the project page.
In order to have procurement notifications, you need to create a user account and/or log in to the web and you can subscribe to notifications based on different criteria: i.e. procurement information for different sectors/segments, categories, and countries.
