Renewable Norway aims to be a unifying industry organization for all forms of renewable energy, including offshore wind power. Norway has initiated a long-term investment in offshore wind. Now we are building a new, large industry in Norway. The development of Norwegian offshore wind is progressing rapidly, and there is a need to find solutions in many fields. Cost reductions and profitability are central themes. The same applies to the need for good network solutions that will connect offshore wind farms in Norwegian waters to both the Norwegian power grid and power grids in other countries.
