The population is getting older and has more complex health challenges. At the same time, the shortage of health personnel is increasing. In order to retain and recruit nurses, the burden on the employees must be reduced. Technology and innovation are necessary tools to make it happen. Helse-Norge (the national online health services in Norway) needs to find solutions to become fully digital and provide aid to users in the whole country.
