This is the Caribbean Energy Sustainable Energy Efficiency program (Peeces), which is in charge of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. The goal is to replace light bulbs in 150,000 users in the Caribbean, support 70,000 users in financing the replacement of inefficient refrigeration equipment (refrigerators), and install photovoltaic solar systems without storage.
