On the 21^st of August 2023, the European Union, represented by the European Commission in Tokyo (Tokyo Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for a Service Contract to facilitate the operationalization of the EU-Japan Green Alliance. Activities will focus on supporting policy dialogue and practical cooperation on shared policy priorities. The service is to be performed in Japan for the duration of two years (48 months), although the starting time is not fixed yet. The procurement is a procurement award procedure applying to European Union external actions financed from the general budget of the European Union and the European Development Fund (EDF).
