“In a press release, the Ministry reported that the document was drafted following the provisions of the 2021 Energy Transition Law and the Hydrogen Roadmap, the project will regulate the use and production of hydrogen as well as “the creation of science, technology and innovation to promote the formation of scientific capacities for the research and development of technologies of the hydrogen value chain at the local level.”
