The General Tax Department (under the Ministry of Finance) of Vietnam are requesting for Proposals from bidders for 10 packages under the project “Building and implementing an electronic invoice system” with a total approved budget for the investment project of around VND 491,500,000,000 ~ EUR 20,479,167 .
The total estimated value of the 10 packages are up to VND 438,930,252,000 ~ EUR 18,288,760,000 ==> there should be some more packages to be announced in the time to come.
All the RFP are free of charge and can be obtained through the National E-procurement system. See the link in the table 2 below.
The first 4 RFP having bid submission deadline on 17 May 2022 and the 6 other RFPs having bid submission deadline on 19 May 2022.
