The overall intention of the Assessment:

• Enable IFC performance standard capacity building, pre-assessment, and guidance on strengthening CMX’s Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) that’ll enable the company to implement it.
• Assess the specific environmental and social benefits and risks associated with the business model and develop appropriate management/mitigation measures for project site to meet certifications.
• Provision of recommendations for climate resilient mangrove shrimp business model to best benefit for promoting adaptation under climate stresses in the MKD
