“The Objective of the Consulting and Supervision consists of advising, supervising and controlling that the Construction Contractor adheres to the contractual terms and conditions, guaranteeing the efficient and timely investment of the contractually established resources, advising and controlling the contractor in all technical aspects, administrative, environmental, social, legal and financial, in order to prevent possible inconveniences of this nature in the development of the contract, verifying and supervising the activities of the work contracting firm aimed at complying with the technical specifications, environmental requirements, social commitments and requirements in general requested in the specifications and in the Contract.”
