The Norwegian Customs hereby extends an invitation to a contest with negotiations with the aim of entering into contracts for the provision of services for product-based digital development in the Norwegian Customs. The contest consists of three contract areas (business domains) for which a contract will be signed with one tenderer per contract area.

The contract areas are as follows:

– Area 1: Carriage of goods and Customs clearance

– Area 2: Inspections and risk assessment

– Area 3: Advice and analysis

Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the contract areas. Each contract area makes up an independent contest and will be evaluated independently of the other contract areas. If a tender is submitted for several contract areas, it is a prerequisite that the tenderer fulfils the qualification requirements and award criteria for each contract area.
