“The consulting services (“the Services”) include: (i) Develop a diagnosis of the current situation and particular problems related to the formalization and adequate provision of water, sanitation and hygiene (ASH) services in settlements and/or urban informal neighborhoods in Colombia and based on the diagnosis, (ii) develop strategies and methodologies and propose specific activities of social management, to include in the Management Plans of differential schemes (PGED), and (iii) support the municipalities of Cúcuta and Santa Marta for the implementation of pilot Differential Scheme Management Plans in the municipalities (Estimated time: 8 months).”
