Oslo Municipality, c/o Oslobgyy KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for ENØK mapping, energy labelling, and associate consultancy services.

Assignments that will come under the framework agreement:

– ENØK maping

– Energy labelling

– Consultancy services for the assessment and implementation of ENØK data

The framework agreement is limited to Oslobygg’s properties. The assignments will apply for existing buildings, and there will be differences in the scope and cost for each individual building. The estimate is that the contracting authority will need between 15 and 30 ENØK mappings and 400 consultancy hours per annum. The estimated need for energy tests is 200 over four years, with the greatest need in the first two years.

The framework agreement does not include detailed engineering design services for new installations or major alterations. Energy assessments of technical installations are also excluded from the framework agreement.
