The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Courts Administration´s (NCA) needs, in terms of consulting services, within the field of “General counsulting within IT and digitalization.”.

An equivalent framework agreement were published for competition in November 2022 and cancelled January 2023.

The competition were cancelled on the grounds that the NCA deemed it erroneous.
