Trøndelag County shall enter into a framework agreement for ICT consultancy services.

The framework agreement is divided in 4 sub-contracts

Sub-contract 1. Developers/Architects/Design

Sub contract 2. Data development

Sub-contract 3. Automation

Sub-contract 4. Optimizely

For subcontracts 1, 2 and 3, parallel framework agreements shall be entered into with 1 to 3 tenderers for each of these areas; c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations §26-3, provided that there is “sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders”.

For sub-contract 4, a framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer.
