The main objective of this tender is the contracting of a rental service (SAAS) that allows the Municipality to continue inspection tasks such as control and tracking of mobile phones in real time, georeferenced analysis of claims or complaints of neighbors, optimization in the office of control inspectors, analysis and georeferenced reports for territorial planning, among other processes. In this context, the aim is to provide the best service to our neighbors and users, strengthen territorial planning and improve the control process. This service must contemplate providing improvements and adaptations of the functionalities of the applications of the processes involved, and a maintenance service for the months following the delivery of the system.
