On the 25th of July 2023, the City of Kawasaki (Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for 39 large non-step electric hybrid busses, to be provided by the 31st of March 2024. This tender concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
