On the 6^th of July 2023, the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System in Nagoya (Aichi Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for an AI Server, to be provided by the 29^th of February 2024. This tender concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
