On the 26^th of January, The Welfare And Medical Service Agency in Tokyo (Tokyo Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for a cloud computing environment for the Welfare and Medical Service Network System. This includes the provision of a cloud environment to the Welfare And Medical Service Agency. It concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
