On the 31st of January, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Fukuoka (Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for dredging work of the waterway and anchorage at Hakozaki Wharf area in Hakata Port. Concretely it concerns dredging work and earth removal work at the wharf’s shipping route and anchorage (-12m). This tender concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Necessary documents to prove eligibility to participate in the tender need to be submitted to the electronic tender system (https://www.e-bisc.go.jp/index.html) by the 2nd of March Japanese time. Please note that opening hours of the system are limited.
The deadline for tender submission will be the 17nd of April, 11:00 Japanese time. The tender submission is to be done through the aforementioned electronic tender system.
