On the 26^th of June 2023, the Asahikawa Medical University in Asahikawa (Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for 1 educational record system, to be provided by the 30^th of November 2023. This tender concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
