On the 20^th of July 2023, the National Institute of Technology, Ichinoseki College in Ichinoseki (Iwate Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for four 3D printers, to be provided by the 30^th of November 2023. This tender concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
