The Hokkaido University of Education in Sapporo (Hokkaido, Japan) is requesting comments on the specifications they have drawn up for a High-Speed Campus Information Network System for their campus. The purpose is to check whether suppliers can actually deliver the system to the specifications.

Companies are invited to request the specifications at the below mentioned project contact, and present their comments to the same contact by the 4th of March. An explanatory meeting will also be held on the 14th of February, 10:00 Japanese time. Details on the explanatory meeting will be provided together with the specifications upon request.
