On the 1^st of September 2023, the Institute of Public Health and Environmental Science of Kumamoto Prefecture in Kumamoto (Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for its P3 room (viral experiment laboratory), to be constructed by the 22^nd of March 2024.
