On the 31^st of July 2023, the National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), Sasebo College (Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for a Semiconductor Device Parameter Analyzer System, to be provided by the 15^th of March 2024. This tender concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
