On the 18^th of July 2023, the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology in Fuchu (Tokyo Prefecture, Japan) launched a public tender for a Sun-tracking photovoltaic power generation and storage system, to be provided by the 29^th of March 2024. This tender concerns an open tendering procedure under the GPA-rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
