“The objective of the procurement is to cover two areas:(a) Provision of a proven digital tool that allows decentralized impact modelling andsimulationof the various interactions within a complex (sub)system, according to theobjectives of theprocurement(b) Training for the use of the digital tool as well as methodological consultancy fortheelaboration of complex models in the field of sustainable development and withinthe contextof the operationalization of the BPS concept.”
