The new 13th street will have a total of 10 lanes, 4 mixed lanes in each direction and an exclusive lane for TransMilenio buses in each direction (in stations there will be two lanes in each direction), in addition to 14 stations that include a main station and a workshop patio with capacity for 124 clean technology bi-articulated buses.

The project will be divided into five lots. The first of these corresponds to the Puente Aranda Intersection, where Centenario Avenue or 13th Street, Carrera 50 (Av. Batallón Caldas), Las Américas Avenue, Colón Avenue and Comuneros Avenue converge. ; the second starts at Carrera 55 and extends to Carrera 69, includes the intersection of Avenida 68, the overpass of Constitución Avenue, four TransMilenio stations with their respective elevated entrances and two TransMilenio operational returns
