The next step in Nordic innovation co-operation on mobility and transport.
Nordic Innovation wants an analysis of and recommendations on what should be the next steps and areas of cooperation for Nordic innovation cooperation in mobility and transport. We launched a Nordic mobility programme in 2018, and a large number of mobility actors (aviation, land transport and maritime sector) have been and are involved in specific innovation projects under this programme. Nordic Innovation wants to set a direction for further mobility co-operation, i.e. cooperation aimed at involving Nordic companies in efforts to speed up the transition to sustainable mobility. We want to enable both public and private actors to set smart and effective priorities when it comes to cooperation in this area. Inspiring mobility actors in all five Nordic countries to choose the projects that have the greatest potential to make the Nordic Region a pioneer in sustainable mobility, strengthen competitiveness and contribute to lasting change and innovation at system level is another important goal.
