Bergen Municipality is planning a contest for the procurement of a general Asset Management system for the Agency for Urban Environment in order to ensure a better overview and insight as the basis for decision support and efficient work processes. The Agency for Urban Environment currently uses different trade systems, but needs to take control of all the relevant site data with accompanying interested party data in a more future orientated architecture.

The aim of the procurement is to get ICT systems in place that cover the Agency for Urban Environment’s needs for the operation and management of roads, parks and recreational areas, public urban spaces, and accompanying electrical installations.

The procurement will include one or more ICT systems that will be part of a general Asset Management system for the Agency for Urban Environment in Bergen Municipality.
