Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Nurseries, School and Sport would like to establish a system with a software centre/application library so that we can collect and use applications in a safe, simple and reliable manner. The target groups are mainly nurseries and schools.

Before the department chooses a system, we will investigate which potential alternatives currently exist in the market.

Through this prior information notice, we now invite tenderers to present their relevant products. Bergen municipality would like to hold dialogues from the beginning of December 2022 and the meetings will be held as 1:1 meetings.

Tenderers are asked to register their interest through the communication module in Mercell. Tenderers are encouraged to indicate whether they prefer physical or electronic meetings.
