EBRD intends to select and contract a consultant (the “Consultant”) with the following resources and/or expertise:

The Consultant shall retain personnel, with the required qualifications, for the tasks described above, covering the following disciplines:

• Design of technical works in buildings, focusing on energy efficiency refurbishment.
• Project planning and scheduling
• Project management
• Quality assurance and audit
• Contracting and procurement
• Claims assessment
• Construction safety
• Environmental & social impact assessment and management
• Energy efficiency
• Energy auditing and EPC issuance as per the National Regulations
• Preservation of buildings of special architectural and historical interest and monuments
• Monitoring/Supervision of works construction
• Certified and licenced asbestos (ACM) surveyor
