Prior information notice - consultancy services, digitalisation and ICT

The digitalisation work in Bergen Municipality comprises efficiency improvement, modernisation, innovation, and changes through the use of ICT and digital systems. This work will improve the service production and ensure that the municipality’s target groups receive good quality services.

New contract(s) will replace the current framework agreements within performance development and performance management, digitalisation, profit realisation and changes, portfolio management, and portfolio administration, as well as process management and process development. Relevant competence areas are, for example, project management, project participation, change management, entity architecture, service design, information security, etc. There are ongoing clarifications as to which disciplines will be included in the contest. Disciplines that are being discussed are, amongst other things, competence related to operation, and service management.

Services that are not relevant for this procurement are system development/programming services.

Prior to any preparation and publication of the procurement, Bergen Municipality would like to use this notice to get knowledge of the market and input that can be important for us to include in any tender documentation.

We would like to invite suppliers to a market dialogue with a workshop for the presentation of the municipality’s needs and with the possibility for a discussion and feedback from market actors. Bergen Municipality would like a discussion and feedback on some problems that will be presented before the meeting.
