The aim of the procurement is to enter into a service contract for collecting and analysing advanced traffic data that can be used to evaluate traffic behaviour, interaction, and conflicts between road users. The procured system must be able to count and categorise different road user groups, and trace their movements and speed through a defined area. In addition the tool must have good options for analyses. Furthermore, the tenderer must be able to offer advice, reports, and see to any rigging of the data collection tool.
