The purpose of the procurement is the purchase and operation of a future-oriented solution for a queue system for the Western Norway Pharmaceutical Trust [Sjukehusapoteka Vest HF], Møre og Romsdal Health Trust [Helse Møre og Romsdal HF] and the Central Norway Pharmaceutical Trust [Sykehusapotekene i Midt-Norge HF]. The contracting authority on the SSA-L contract is the Western Norway Pharmaceutical Trust, including equipment with associated maintenance. The scope of the contract is as follows:

Framework agreement

– Self-service kiosks with thermal printer and QR scanner

– Option for service level

– Option for digital signs regarding prescriptions

SSA-L

– Software (cloud solution, SaaS) for queuing with interaction with self-service kiosks, mobile devices, info screens (Loopsign) and digital signs regarding prescriptions. The software must be browser-based.

– BI solution for statistics

– Operation and maintenance of the software

– Option for special agreements with the following health organisations:
