“The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out a rapid scoping review to gather empirical evidence and information about important initiatives and programs that countries have undertaken to improve coverage, quality, financial protection, and financial sustainability in long-term care. The review excludes technological innovations in the long-term care sector. It is expected that the rapid scoping review will result in a background paper in preparation for a WHO guidance on long-term care financing.”
