The objective of the RFI is identifying possible suppliers of a complete conference management system for the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norwegian: NTNU) We have decided to publish this RFI for exploring the technology trends, opportunities and best practices in the market and find out how this can meet our requirements. Potential tenderers are invited to one-on-one demo meetings.

With regards to the Public Procurement Act, NTNU plans to announce a call for tenders for a conference management system.

A new conference management system should provide functionality corresponding to that of our current system, and should be future oriented and provide a holistic delivery model for NTNUs PCO services. We expect a system covering all aspects related to a conference, from project management through online service for abstracts- and paper handling, attendee registrations, accommodation reservations and booking, social functions, exhibitors, sponsors, accounting, admission for 3. Party vendors – and a system that can manage both physical/hybrid/digital events.

The one-on-one meetings (Demo) will be held on 3^th, 7^th and 10^th of June. In case of a large demand, NTNU will schedule extra appointment dates.
