The contract includes the procurement of a sales and booking platform for passenger transport services on the Swedish part of the VY group’s train operations (Vy Tåg AB).

The platform must include the following:

– Inventory (Timetable management, product definition, price, seat allocation, income optimization, self-service systems for inventory management)

– Distribution (Route planner, warehouse, ticketing, settlement information, customer service systems, user administration)

The platform / system must also have the necessary integrations, on-board systems and a reporting and statistics functionality.
