“The expected outcome of the Assignment is: to cut the red tape for investors in renewable energy sources by optimising and digitalising relevant business episodes and related administrative procedures. This can be achieved through:

• Detailed assessment of the current processes and IT infrastructure behind administrative procedures comprised within the selected business episodes with recommendations on their digitalisation and enhancements
• Build digital infrastructure to enable digitalisation of selected business episodes and related processes, taking into consideration relevant legislative framework and requirement of interoperability with the existing digital infrastructure.
• Identify, propose and accept regulatory changes to enable full digitalisation of selected business episodes and related processes
• Build capacity of civil servants to manage the system and conduct newly established digital procedures”
