As the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority ICT is taking over the technical, commercial, and functional management of all applications in the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority, there is a need to make the entity capable of professionalising application portfolio management, architecture management, system design, and application management.

In order to do this, the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority would like to procure a business architecture tool.

The system must give a general overview and control of the entity by showing connections between and in:

– business processes

– architecture

– applications

– data

– technology infrastructure
