Norsk helsenett SF [the Norwegian Health Network] is a growing organisation and needs to increase the efficiency and digitize our HR processes. The Division HR, with 14 employees, is providing high quality services. By improving the system support, the Division will be able to further develop our deliveries and become a better strategic partner for the management of Norsk helsenett SF [the Norwegian Health Network].
The Norwegian Health Network’s goal is to procure and implement a digital HR system that can help the automatization of manual work processes, minimize sources of error, reduce costs for development, operation, updates, and integrations between individual systems. An HR system will be a long term investment that must see to future requirements regarding quality and efficient systems.
