1.      Republic of Serbia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tax Administration Modernization Project (TAMP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Hardware and Network Infrastructure for COTS. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

2.      The Serbian Tax Administration (STA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Hardware and Network Infrastructure for COTS. The goal of the project is the design and implementation of a new environment for the Tax Administration (TA) infrastructure, that will provide reliable, secure and high-performance access to the TA services for the citizens, mainly via the Internet. The environment should be implemented in the new TA Data Center in Belgrade.
