The project consists of the construction and implementation of a system (Sirens, Communications, Infrastructure, Energy, Management and Control ,
etc.) for warning and notification of possible risks and tsunami evacuation processes based on a of sound and visual alarm stations, which includes redundant communication system and control centers at regional and central level.
