The aim of the procurement is to get a joint welfare technology platform and a framework agreement for the procurement of welfare technology systems.

The platform must interact with the welfare technological need for the health service in Eidskog Municipality.

The platform must be adapted for existing systems, new procurements in the framework agreement, and also future procurements.

Eidskog Municipality will have an increasing need for help for health and welfare services in the coming years.

The municipality is part of the national welfare technology programme, and has started with integrating welfare technology systems and making the service more efficient.

The aim of the procurement is to obtain a joint platform that supports service deliveries for the Helsetun (nursing home), Skotterudtunet and Koppangtunet (24 hour staffed sheltered residential accommodation), sheltered accommodation flats, and persons living at home.
